Lalita Devi Workshops

The Lalita Devi workshops are an invitation to return to the body – to the wild, wise, instinctive and deeply relational self that lives beneath our conditioning. Rooted in movement, presence, play and embodied consciousness, these workshops create safe, soulful spaces where we remember what it means to be fully alive, connected and free.

Whether you’re longing for deeper human connection or craving unfiltered self -expression, each workshop is a journey home – back to the body, back to truth, back to the sacred pulse of you really are.

Two pathways, one purpose - Awakening the embodied, unmasked, wholehearted you.
Unmasked - Embodied Expression

A playful, powerful and liberating workshop where movement becomes medicine.

We rise from the root.

We unlock the hips.

We free the voice.

We embody the lover, the warrior, the mystic, the rebel, the visionary…

We dance ourselves back into wholeness.

What you will experience

  • Ecstatic and intuitive dance to release energy and awaken vitality. -Chakra-based movement through yoga, sound, voice, and breathwork to activate different emotional currents.

  • Theatre inspired mask play and archetype embodiment.

  • A playful, powerful permission field to move, feel, roar, shake, laugh, and express.

  • A chance to meet parts of yourself you’ve never let lead – and give them space to live.

Come ready to sweat, to laugh, to feel, to breathe, to break open and to meet yourself in ways you thought you cannot reach.

A sanctuary for the nervous system.

A playground for the heart.

A place to remember the truth: We were never meant to do life alone.

What you will experience

  • Heart-led relational practices that build trust, presence, and connection.

  • Playful embodied games that soften social walls and open genuine intimacy.

  • Opportunities to be seen and received without judgement, effort, or performance.

  • Simple somatic tools to feel grounded, safe, and at home in your body around others.

  • A space where tenderness, laughter, depth, and authenticity coexist.

  • Belonging not as an idea – but as a lived, felt experience.

There is an ancient part of us that just wants to be feel safe, welcomed, and home in the presence of others. .
